# Destination: livespotting

*Found under: **Send to → livespotting** and **Send to → Content Hub**.*

Via livespotting the camera uploads its picture **once**, and the platform distributes it: to your website, to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and to partners. The connection at the site therefore only ever carries one stream, no matter how many destinations are behind it.

## With an account: nothing to type in

If the camera is connected to your [livespotting account](/stream-adapter/en/konto.md), the stream credentials come **automatically from the account**. You then do not need to fill in the fields below; the app shows a note that the account manages the credentials.

> **Caution:** If you change stream ID, token or target server by hand, you detach the camera from the account's credentials. The stream keeps running with your entries but is no longer updated automatically.

## Own credentials

| Field | Meaning |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Target server** | Where your stream goes, for example **livespotting.com** or **wetter.com** for partners of wetter.com. |
| **Stream ID** | Your stream ID from livespotting. |
| **Stream token** | The secret token for the stream ID. Leaving it empty keeps the previous one. |

> **Tip:** You can also simply paste the **complete address** (`srt://…` or `rtmp://…`) into the Stream ID field. The app then fills in protocol, target server, stream ID and token itself.

### Advanced

| Field | Meaning |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Protocol** | **SRT** is the default and copes best with shaky connections. Only use **RTMP** if the network at the site blocks SRT. SRT needs outgoing **UDP port 6000**, RTMP **TCP port 1935**. Stream ID and token stay the same. |
| **Retry after (seconds)** | How long the app waits after a dropout before reconnecting. |
| **Attempts at most** | How often it tries in a row. **0** means: unlimited. |

**Save** applies the changes, **Discard** restores the last saved state.

## Content Hub

*The Content Hub is in preparation; the tab in the app already shows the partners and the way in.*

In the **Content Hub** your camera will additionally run in programmes of livespotting and partners – for example in the Germany mix and in themed channels. That brings reach without you having to do anything.

This is how it will work:

1. **Connect livespotting account** – in the [Account](/stream-adapter/en/konto.md) tab, free of charge.
2. **Accept the usage agreement** – on livespotting.com, not in the app *(coming soon)*.
3. **Done** – your camera joins in, free of charge.

Under **Partners**, **livespotting** and **Apps** you see where your picture can be shown.
