Die AXIS Q6155-E PTZ Netzwerkkamera bietet eine umfassende Überwachungslösung und wird durch die AXIS 5-Jahres-Garantie abgedeckt. Dieses Modell wurde inzwischen durch die AXIS Q6315-LE ersetzt. Der Hardware-Support sowie RMA-Dienste werden bis zum 17. November 2027 angeboten, während der AXIS OS-Support bis zum 17. November 2026 verfügbar ist. Nach Ablauf dieses Datums stehen Selbsthilfe-Ressourcen auf den Produktdokumentations- und Supportseiten zur Verfügung.
